The former Polaroid facility on I95 (Route 128) in Waltham, MA, is being redeveloped into a 1.2 million sq ft marketplace, office, and town center shopping village.

Phase I of the project will use existing buildings to accommodate these uses. Phase II of the project calls for new buildings scattered around the site. We are currently working with the project architects and the developer to design the site for the renovation of an existing building into a new office building and to plan and design the site for the new retail Town Square and the site of a new Market Basket anchor store.

The landscape scope of work includes the design of pedestrian site circulation, entry areas, open spaces, outdoor gathering areas, and roadway and parking area plantings within the limit of work. Also included is the design of site furnishing and improvements such as steps, walls, ramps, bollards, bike racks, trash receptacles and seating.
