Promotions to Associate Principal
Cliff Brooks, PLA, ASLA
Since joining the firm 13 years ago, Cliff has worked on a variety of projects, with a particular focus on higher education, streetscapes, and historic sites. His experience includes private estates, mixed use development, housing, college campuses, municipalities, parks, and trails. He enjoys the process of collaborating with clients and fellow designers to discover creative solutions which can satisfy multiple goals.
Carl Frushour, ASLA
Carl joined the firm as an Associate in 2007. He has over 18 years of experience as a practicing landscape architect, having worked on an array of project types in the U.S. and abroad. Inspired by campus design, urban design and mixed-use projects, Carl is committed to a design process which is collaborative and integrated as a catalyst to create memorable spaces within the pedestrian environment.
Promotion to Senior Associate
Nick Healy, RLA
Since joining us in 2004, Nick has played a key role on a range of public and private sector development projects in the U.S. and abroad. In Nick’s 14 years he has participated in project types that include U.S. Embassies, college, university and high school campuses, private urban developments, child wellness facilities, assisted care facilities, housing, public parks, streetscapes, cemeteries and various design competitions. Between 2008 and 2010, Nick served as a key project team member of our Abu Dhabi office, where he was responsible for design studies, site related construction documents and specifications, supervision of site construction, consultant coordination and client relations. Since his return to the States, Nick has worked on several local and regional projects with responsibilities including design development, presentation drawings, contract documentation, specifications and cost estimating with a primary focus on project management and construction administration and supervision.
Promotions to Senior Landscape Architect
Tom joined us in the fall of 2016 having moved to Boston from the UK. He brings experience on a wide range of both UK and international projects to our team. After graduating with a Masters degree in Landscape and Urbanism from Kingston University, London, Tom worked for an Internationally-recognized design firm focusing on high-end public space and residential projects. Recently he has been working on the First Church of Christ Science Plaza project, one of Boston’s most iconic landscapes designed in the 1970’s by Architects I.M. Pei and Araldo Cosutta.
Since joining the team in October of 2014, Siyu has worked on a wide variety of exciting projects in both the U.S. and Middle East. Her involvement with these projects includes site analysis, 3D modeling, digital graphic presentation, drafting, and construction documentation. While studying at the University of Georgia, she received an ASLA Student Honor Award in recognition of her academic achievement.
